Played by Abigail Washburn, the Ome Jubilee features a 26.25” scale, 1.28” nut width, and 17 fret S-scoped fingerboard. The 2-ply solid maple rim is 9/16” thick and is capped with black ebonite and bound with simulated tortoise shell. Both the 11”/24 bracket and the 12”/26 bracket Jubilee utilize the OME maple Tone Rim construction with two adjustable brass rim rods. This produces a somewhat “Brighter” tone and response than the shorter 25.5” scale used on our “Old-Time” Series banjos, but it is still the “Woodiest” sounding in the OME Vintage Series banjos. This Jubilee comes with nickel plated hardware and is made with the same care and precision as other OME instruments. It comes complete with their Deluxe hardshell case and the OME Limited Lifetime Warranty.
