The Pisgah Woodchuck banjo is great sounding old time clawhammer banjo with just the right touch of sparkle and brightness. Features a rolled brass tone ring. Short scale - 25.5"

This Pisgah Woodchuck features the magnetic truss rod cover for easy access to the adjustable truss rod in the neck.  It also has the familiar frailing notch at the top of the tension hoop.  This offer the player full access to the frailing section of the banjo without any interference from the banjo.
