Online Financing with PayPal Credit:

No Payments + No Interest if paid in full within 6 months when you checkout with PayPal and choose PayPal Credit financing. Click the PayPal banner for complete details.
- Choose your banjo and add it to your Banjo Studio shopping cart.
- Select PayPal during checkout and then select PayPal Credit financing.
- Answer a few questions and accept the PayPal Credit terms.
- Look for your PayPal Credit statement in your email.
- Enjoy your new banjo!

Return Policy

We do have an approval policy, as we want you to be happy with your purchase.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

We have selected our merchandise with great care, and made every effort to describe it thoroughly. If you find that you are dissatisfied with any instrument purchased from us, it may be returned - in unused condition - for exchange or a full refund (less shipping charges). Ship all items well-packed and insured. We cannot allow credit for items received from you that have been damaged in shipping due to your packing them poorly. In the unlikely event of shipping damage please notify us immediately. Please do not return any damaged item until you have received authorization from us. Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Again you must contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item back to our store. Items returned to us after 7 days and without contacting us will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
