Great Purchase
This banjo is absolutely beautiful and has a great sound. It's a very high quality product down to all the small details. I honestly can't find any fault with it (though I am a beginner, so I might not know exactly what to look for). It arrived ready to play, apart from tuning and adding a strap. It was shipped very carefully, double-boxed and padded with sturdy bubble wrap. It arrived pretty quickly for shipping to Canada too. The service through Banjo Studio was excellent. I had some concerns about finding the right banjo for me and they responded quickly to my inquiries and made sure that everything was settled perfectly before they finished processing my order. They were even kind enough to explain that there would be a delay for shipping to Canada as it had to be sent to another location to be shipped from there. It was really nice to be helped by real people instead of just automated messaging or chatbots. They definitely care about making sure you're happy with your purchase. Even if the Deering Goodtime Americana isn't for you, I highly recommend getting your banjo through Banjo Studio!

Excellent overall
Excellent service, excellent shipping. Finding a 5-string banjo is tough, especially in the post-pandemic era, but it’s a little more worrisome when ordering from a website you have never heard of. Fear not with Banjo Studio. The banjo was double-boxed and well packed with large air-filled plastic padding. Shipped quickly,too. I received it in less than a week of ordering it. Great quality all around. Definitely worth every cent.

Good. Need info regarding a Deering Repair so that I can get "spikes" installed, action reset. Also have an older banjo needing new Nut, reset spikes, need goodtime tailpiece and reset action. Please advise and I thank you. mgfdundee@aol.com

Solid Banjo, Great Customer Service
David was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I received my banjo and I'm very happy with it, and the price. Some things to improve: I was confused at first because I didn't realize that this was not a retail store. This is a business that primarily operates online. The instrument I wanted, was on back-order, so while I was able to order it, I didn't get to play the actual instrument until it arrived in the mail. All in all, it was a positive experience and I would do business again
